Travel is complementary within 10km of Puerto Banus. Farther than that a small travel fee applies and is limited based on distance and traffic.

Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy and a 15 minute no show policy. If you do not cancel within 24 hours or do not show up to your appointment there is a €25 fee that will be charged/applied to your next visit. Please note that our appointments run in 45 minute intervals so if you are running late your appointment may be forfeited. Please call and let us know if you are running late so we can accommodate you the best we can.
